I am a Labor & Delivery Nurse and a Birth and Postpartum Doula with 3 years of experience serving the Greater Philadelphia area. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and a Bachelors of Arts in Communications. I find so much joy in helping expectant parents prepare for birth and navigate their options.
I believe that your body and your pregnancy are your own. I am here to help you own your labor, encourage you through hard moments, and practice mindful comfort measures during your labor and delivery. I have direct experience working with and advocating for families of color, LGBTQ+ couples, families that have used reproductive technology, and individuals with physical disabilities.
My insight as a nurse helps me advocate for your family among the medical team. My goal is to ensure that you feel safe, seen, and supported every step of the way. You were made for this!
