Prenatal Support

B.Y.O.D. “Be Your Own Doula” Discovery Call

Do you have questions that you wish you could ask an outside unbiased source about your birth plan, what the testing schedule looks like throughout your pregnancy, common questions about inductions or what services to invest in?

Book a 30 minute B.Y.O.D Discovery Call with me to chat about any of the following, or anything else weighing on your mind:

  • What to bring in your hospital bag?

  • Options in labor and immediately after birth and practice advocating for these choices?

  • Ideas for postpartum planning before your delivery, and how to seek support after birth?

  • Best books, podcasts, youtube channels and other free resources to look into throughout your pregnancy.

  • What questions to ask your provider during your next visit?

I’m happy to offer support, evidence, non-medical advice, and resources. Book below!

Birth Support

  • Two prenatal visits to get to know your birth goals, cultural values, and needs.

  • Customized birth plan based on your goals to help communicate with the medical team.

  • I am available 24/7 for support via call and text for the 2 weeks leading up to your estimated due date until your delivery.

  • Continuous care, hands-on support and comfort measures through active labor

  • Birth photography

  • Support for up to two hours after birth

  • One postpartum visit focused on helping you process your experience.

Welcoming your newborn home for the first time can be overwhelming…

I am here to support your transition into parenthood.

Postpartum support includes:

  • Nonjudgemental support in processing your birth

  • Safe Infant Care

  • Safe Sleep Education

  • Lactation support

  • Light household chores including baby laundry, dishes, and cooking nutritive meals for your family

  • Promoting rest and recovery

  • Overnight Infant Care

  • Sleep training

  • Sterilizing bottles and pump accessories

This class will be covering:

  • The basics of feeding babies

  • Diapering

  • Safe sleep

  • Swaddling

  • Common issues such as GERD and colic.

This class is a great course for first time parents, and a great refresher for seasoned parents and grandparents.
